I for the second time have missed an October Classic. I will go next year, come hell or high water.
Fortunately, we have a fervent sect who will never let the movement die. A movement that relishes in sub-par golf. And by sub-par, I dont mean birdies or eagles. What I am talking about is middling golf. A particular style of golf that the October Classic has been renown for, for years and years.
Nice group this year. We had three brackets, and a wild card. It's encouraging to see the Classic grow. Maybe we can hit 4 brackets next year.
Louis won his very first Brown Cup. Congrats to him. He also won his second Bill Murray Award. This is only the second time in Classic history that a golfer has won the title and the BMA. It's sort of like our triple crown, except that it's a "double crown".
Great to see Phil back in Canada, with a Superman outfit. Also Denis was dressed as Red Green. Or maybe he wasn't dressed up at all? He seems to dress up in ways that are naturally befitting of him!
Hopefully I will be able to join everyone next year for our 20th birthday! Two decades of debauchery! OK, ok maybe we haven't been that bad for the last few years. There hasn't been any concussions for a long time, so we have that going for us..
